We would like to introduce the automotive memory (DRAM) from Japan ISSI LLC. We offer a variety of products, starting with legacy DRAM/16-512Mb (x8/x16/x32 configurations) with long-term supply assurance until 2022. The operating temperature range is from 0 to +70°C / -40 to +85°C / -40 to +105°C. 【Other Lineup】 ○ DDR, DDR2 (128Mb/256Mb/512Mb/1Gb/2Gb) - Long-term supply assurance until 2022 ○ DDR3 (1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb / each x8/x16) - Quality-focused, long-term supply support ○ For ADAS and meter-related applications - Products available for -40 to +115°C, samples currently being accepted ○ Mobile DRAM (2.5V, 1.8V), 32M-512M / Mobile DDR (1.8V), 32Mb-2Gb in mass production ○ Low Power DDR2 (1.8V, 1.2V) - 1Gb in mass production, and 2G samples currently being accepted Please contact us for more details.
